Really enjoyable - a relaxed and very informative tour, our guide, Andrea, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. He made himself easy to find at the meeting point. He showed us all sorts of things that we would never have noticed or been aware of otherwise during the tour and we learned a lot about the history of Florence, much more than just the Inferno references. At the time of booking, we were not really sure exactly which entry tickets were included, but it turned out that the tickets for the Baptistry included a 72-hour priority ticket to visit the Cathedral and museum too.
