Being able to engage with the dolphins was so much fun! The trainer had us touch their noses, shake their fins, rub their belly all with signal that the trainer used. We also saw penguins, huge tortoises, many tropical Macaw, Cockatoos, and African parrots. I felt the help were knowledgeable and friendly, especially Bethany the photographer! Our trainer was very friendly and answered any questions we had. I was concerned the $74 price was very high, but in the end I guess I was worth it. However, the photo package for $90 is ridiculously high. After paying $74 admission we couldn’t justify the photo package. Had it been $50 I probably would have bought it. The condition of the building needs updating and wasn’t very clean. A coat of paint would really help.

It was absolutely worth getting the City Pass to do all of these attractions. I’m so glad that I did! Each attraction was fun in their own right. I will warn, however, that the City Pass does not include parking fees. They charged me 25.00 to park at Busch Gardens.

Is a great place to go. Everyone who works there is so friendly , so nice. Everything is clean, including restroom. Shows are nice. Is a good choice to go back…..

Employees enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, always asking if we needed help or had any questions.

Very fun trip. Guides were polite and made sure everyone had a great time.
