Full description

Enjoy many fun attractions for kids and adults at Fort Edmonton Park in Edmonton’s beautiful River Valley.

Explore life through the diversity of First Nation and Métis histories, cultures, and perspectives at the new 30,000-square-foot Indigenous Peoples Experience — the first of its kind in Canada. Next, explore the fur trading era in the Fort and take a stroll through the settlement, municipal, and metropolitan eras.

At the 1920s-style midway, join in the fun on the Ferris wheel, swing ride, outdoor maze, the Cabinet of Curios exhibit, funhouse, and games alley. In addition to the rides and attractions, there will be plenty of carnival-style food to enjoy and a healthy serving of photo ops.

Relax in the velvet seats of the beautiful recreation of Edmonton’s original Capitol Theatre, and journey back in time on the 1919 Baldwin steam train or by riding the rails on a vintage streetcar. Relax on a wagon ride, as you immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere.

  • Ticket entrance to the Fort Edmonton Park and access to all exhibitions
  • Admission includes access to midway rides & games, train, and streetcar
  • Food and drinks
  • Tickets for pony rides ($8) and wagon rides ($5) are available for purchase
