Great tour with a very nice driver, lots of information. We all enjoyed it - including the kids - very much. The pick-up after the very recommendable basket sleigh ride is also practical. An extra stop at the CR7 Museum was easily possible. Top price / performance ratio compared to corresponding tours to be booked on the cruise ship.

The Tukxi tour to Monte on February 3rd, 2020 was great, the weather was wonderful. We were 6 people and had 2 tukxis of 3 people each (2 adults, 1 child). We were picked up directly from our cruise ship AIDAnova. The guide was the kata and the victor, the two of them were very personable and explained everything very well. The basket sleigh ride down from Monte was great, you should definitely do it. At the end we were dropped off in the center in front of the market hall and could explore Funchal on our own. It was a wonderful trip.

Our guide was very punctual, friendly and responsive. He has extended the agreed duration of 90 minutes very generously without looking at the clock. He also provided us with a lot of information. However, he did not take the agreed communication in German very seriously either. If we hadn't spoken English we would have had a problem.
