Our guide for the trip, Antonio, was absolutely amazing. He seemed to know everything there was to know about the island and its history, and he was always eager to share his knowledge with us. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also extremely entertaining, with a great sense of humor and a real passion for what he did. Throughout the trip, Antonio went above and beyond to make sure that we were having a great time.

I booked this excursion 3 weeks in advance with the possibility of free cancellation 3 days in advance. After booking, I immediately received an email with the departure time. At the appointed time, the car was in front of the hotel without any delay. Sophia, our guide and driver, took us over. There were only 6 tourists in the car. The well-chosen route was extraordinary, especially the first off-road part where Sofia proved to be a super driver. She gave us all the information about the sights visited, about the island and recommended some super local restaurants around the island. We had a very good lunch in Porto Moniz at an ok price. The route was respected, we visited additional sights and it took 9 hours, Sophia did not rush us. All the recommendations were excellent. Sophia she adapted to the needs of the group, she was sociable, cheerful, very well informed. The swimming in the swimming pools in Seixal was a dream. I strongly recommend this extraordinary adventure.

Although due to us booking last minute, the owner of the tour company picked us up from our hotel to RV withe the group, which was an exciting start. The off road section was loads of fun and the optional meal for 15 euros was well with it. Our guide was both funny and informative stopping off frequently to show us many sights. Especially enjoyed the Poncho.
