What people are saying about Gallery of Coaches

I was hesitant to do a guided tour but let me tell you it’s worth it! First, If it’s your first time visiting, you need a guide (our was Cecile, amazing) to explain the history and guide you through, this is a huge property and there are many things to explore. This experience covers the most important parts of chateau Versailles. Second, the transport is hassle free. Yes, you can take the train, metro, walk (back and forth) but it’s a pain especially when returning back. Spend the extra money you won’t regret it. One last thing, the 5 hour tour is including transportation of 30-40min each way.

This museum should be your first stop. It brings France's history to life. Fillipe our tour guide was very knowledgeable and it made for easy to follow the history in a chronological manner. Also, the gardens are incredible. I can only imagine in the spring when all is green and blooming

Easy and fun to do! Great way to see everything and learn about the history without it taking too much time. I loved our tour guide who had such interesting details to share! Garden time is perfect if you rent a golf cart
