We arrived late but everyone was understanding. Helmets were provided. Bikes were not top of the line but fine. The historcal knowledge of our guide was very impressive and he did a great job of adjusting to our 3 childrens levels of understanding. Most of the tour was in the gardens however the minimal amount of street riding gave us bragging rights to cliam we went biking in the city of Rome! Doing tours like this is a great way to keep the kids having fun while gaining knowledge of history and appreciation of another culture. Water was provided and a great cafe right next door made it possible to refuel after the ride. I'd love to do a longer tour of the city streets early morning when traffic is light. Guide and shopworkers spoke perfect English. Great website mades booking reservation before you leave for your trip to Rome easy. Housed in a stunning villa just outside the Porta Pinciana, the collection has been described as the “Queen of all Private Art Collections.” One of the most interesting, charming, elegant and compact art museums in Rome, the collection is neither chronologically arranged, nor very ordinate. Instead, it is a personal, lovingly matched collection that reveals the personalities and tastes of 2 people: Gian Lorenzo Bernini, the greatest of the Baroque artists; and Scipione Cardinal Borghese, the greatest art collector, who initiated the Roman Baroque. Explore his passion for art, for which he had an infallible instinct, and his unscrupulousness in obtaining the works of art he wanted to posses. Highlights of the museum are many, but include Raffaello's “Wom...

The gallery is amazing, mainly because of the Damian Hirst exposition, the classic and contemporary perfectly matched. The assistant only gave us the printed ticket. Big disapointment was the garden/park/lake (not fit for a picnic or laying somewhere to relax). It´s mainly dust, inhospitable area. The pics of the lake mislead us. It´s surrounded by a fence and we only stayed by half an hour. There are working going on, though.

Pay for a guided tour. Nothing is labeled. The experience was all the richer because our guide was so knowledgeable.

Loved the place We arrived late And the service center was great and helpful The hostess waited for us
