What people are saying about Gdansk

We had an amazing time out on the kayaks with a super friendly tour guide. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. All the correct gear including a dry suit and wellies were provided prior to the kayak so don’t let Gdańsk’s cold weather be a turn off for this unique once in a life time experience. The guide was extremely knowledgable of the city and also gave us a great intro session to Kayaking prior to getting on the water as we were both beginners. Overall It was a great way to see the highlights of the city from a different perspective rather than your typical walking tour and we didn’t stop smiling the entire time. We even got lucky to experience Snow falling but that wasn’t a problem as they kayaks came with mittens to keep your hands warm and the guide brought a delicious flask of warm honey and ginger tea for us to try half way down the river. We can confirm it was delicious. This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Gdansk, Poland!!!!

What a brilliant way to see Gdansk. A fun activity combined with a beautiful city and a great instructor made for a memorable experience. Super easy to book online with clear instructions on where to meet. My instructor was very friendly and experienced. Having been the only one on my tour, he traveled at my own place, pointing out places of interest and telling interesting stories of the city. Doing it in winter, I was expecting it to be very cold but with our dry suits, mittens on the paddles and the sun shining, it was a beautiful day! Definitely recommend for a unique way to see the city.

Myself and my husband really enjoyed our winter kayaking trip in Gdańsk. We got to do a slightly longer route due to “paddling fast” and really enjoyed the light history and anecdotes about GDansk as we explored the city. Would definately recommend. The dry suits kept us nice and toasty :)

A really enjoyable activity. Szymon is a great guide with lots of interesting information on the city as well as being very reassuring about all aspects of kayaking in an enjoyable trip. A fun way to see the city that I would definitely recommend

We were only 3 participants, so we had a good pace. The guide told a lot about the city, we got great photos. Very well organized. I had a lot of fun. Thank you very much
