Everything was uncomplicated and the tour itself was fun. However, the boat was so overcrowded on the return trip from Portofino to Genoa that many people had to stand in far too small a space for the entire trip because there were no more seats. One passenger even fell unconscious. Should perhaps be organized differently, at least so that every passenger is guaranteed a seat.

Efficient reception, good consideration of our reservations via the Get tour ride platform by the service provider present. The GPS coordinates are inaccurate by about 100m, the office to collect the tickets is located by the sea and not at a street intersection as the coordinates indicate. The cruise went well, pleasant, 1h30 boat trip, 1h break in Portofino and 1h back to Genoa. Bring water, there is no bar service on the boat.

Very nice perspective from the sea from Genoa to Portofino (1h30 journey). In August, don't expect too much freshness on the boat… and know that the stopover in Portofino lasts an hour, which allows for little strolling… but it may be enough to climb to the Castello for a magnificent view.
