When the dough of the panzerotto is ready, we will roll it out with a rolling pin until you get round sheets in which the filling must be put. With your fingers, seal the edges well to prevent the filling from leaving during cooking. At this point, it’s time to fry the panzerotti in hot oil until they are golden brown and crunchy.
