We got the time’s wrong and showed up at 5 on a Sunday when everyone was going home. My wee lad started crying and the girl on the front door phoned to get someone to take us round quick. The fella who showed up to bring us round was really nice and made my wee man feel like a million dollars. All the staff we encountered that day were absolutely brilliant and made me proud to be a hoop. HH

We were able to have a peek at the machines working and our guide not only explained to us the background of the company but also the historical connection of Scotland and whiskey. I highly recommend this tour.
