What people are saying about Gödöllő

Great Tour

We started our time in Prague with the tour to Godollo Palace and the horse show. Since we knew we would have jet lag after flying from USA, this tour seemed perfect for a relaxing day in the countryside. It met and exceeded our expectations. The palace was lovely and small enough to see in a short time frame. The Lipizzaner horse show exceeded our expectations. My husband and I were amazed by the skill of the riders and the beauty and training of the horses. The guide and driver were excellent. The guide offered us much information. Both driver and guide courteous and professional. Since only one other couple booked the tour, we felt we were on a private tour. The horse show was one of the highlights of our stay in this part of Europe.

Great experience. Royal palace and horse show both very good.

The Royal Palace was very interesting, enhanced by the good explanations from our guide. The entire visit to the horse facility very enjoyable from the welcome refreshments, carriage ride through to the excellent show showing the use of horses through the ages to the stable visit. This tour also gave us the chance to see a little more of Hungary than the city of Budapest. We recommend this tour to any others visiting the area if they have any interest in these topics.

WORTH THE EXPENSE AND THE EFFORT

We were picked up from the hotel on time by the organisers and taken to the meeting point. The trip to Godollo was a pleasant experience, as well the visit itself to the Palace. Explanation by our Guide was fine. The visit to the Horse Farm was also something worth experiencing as was the show. All in all the event was worth the expense and the effort.

Two wonderful experiences in one morning!

Value for money. Tour guide very educated and enthusiastic. Tour of baroque Palace was thorough. Horse show was exciting and unmissable. Will do it again next year.
