We had a fantastic tour of alhambra given by Mercedes who paced the tour really well and gave lots of detail. We were initially worried that, as a bilingual tour, it would mostly be in Spanish, but Mercedes really paid attention to the minority of English speakers and brought the whole experience to life!

Everything was fine but when I arrived in my group was not properly identified thus I had to wait and ask trying to identify my group. Nobody was able to tell me which group did I pertain. Finally the guide from the group saw me and basically insulted me by telling that I was late. I told her I was on time but the group was not properly identified, she didn’t care of what I was telling her continued by starting the tour. I was very disappointed with her attitude, also I didn’t knew that the Lions Garden wasn’t included in the tour. This was one of the main reasons why I took this tour.

Stunning architecture

Guide was well informed and tried hard to please everyone. This was a Spanish and English tour. I would have preferred an all English tour but we waited too long to book. So don’t make the mistake we did and BOOK EARLY. Like 3 months early not a week early. The grounds were amazing. Highly recommend. Best views anywhere. Great photo opportunities. Go here.
