The train was slow enough to take in the sights, but, I would have preferred to have had more time in the Grand Canyon to be able to see the Imax theatre since this will probably a once in a life time trip.

Our guide was nice and answered questions very well. I was disappointed as I paid for a private tour in the hope that the guide could slightly tailor the tour for our family. We have 3 kids 9, 11 & 13. Our guide didn’t ask them one question or try to interact with them at all. I expected a private guide might try to engage the whole family. You’d think the company could try to match guides with the guests a little better, especially when they pay fir a private experience.
