I rarely buy these tours as they are normally overpriced. But if you want to go to the top of Europe, you must book this one. It was. a 4-minute walk to pick up from Zurich HB. The bus was a double-decker. We sat on the bottom which had tables. It was comfortable with a great view. You can drink water but no eating on the bus. There are no restrooms on the bus. You can use the restroom in Interlaken. It cost 1 CHF to use the public restroom. We had 45 min. there then on to Jungfraujoch. Bring plenty of snacks and water as the food prices are pricey. If you forget you will stop in Interlaken and can buy food in the grocery store for a good price. Water is sold on the bus for 2 CHF but at the store, it's .95CHF. The tour guide was nice and explained a lot of history. Had great weather when we arrived. The Cable car ride was exciting and the view was nice. The train ride was through a tunnel. The top of Europe was beautiful and a memorable experience.

It was just our luck that it was raining during the trip, hence, we did not get to see as much as we wanted at Bern (my fault as I forgot my raincoat). However, the visit to Kambly and Emmentaler and the countryside scenery despite the rain made up for that. And Peter was such an amazing guide that he made sure that we get the most out of the tour despite the weather. He was very warm and helpful with all the guests and accommodated special requests as much as he could. He assisted my friends and I in our request to be dropped off at the nearest train station on the way to Zurich and he even found us the train timings to book for a shorter journey to Interlaken. Would recommend this tour especially if it was Peter who will be the guide.

From start to finish, every aspect of the tour was of the highest quality. Our tour guide was very informative and could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

A trip worth going for. Such a beautiful and awesome place. The guides was professional!

Best to do without worrying the logistics of going up to the mountain!
