It would make sense to set up personal contact options at central points. The only personal information I received from Rotterdam Centraal was from two very friendly employees who had already finished their service.

Sometimes points are missing for the questions that are asked, such as in the Rotterdam city hall, an element is missing. Otherwise a great trip and fun to do

The guide was highly knowledgeable about the area - both in history and modern life. Great overview of the city, and very informative about local hotspots

You will be helped very well at Rotterdam Central and this card is super handy because you can go where you want and when.

You can easily and relaxed get to all your desired destinations. Great!
