Well organised, volunteers wonderful, being on steam a great joy. Access suitable for disabled.seating varies between carriages reflecting different classes. All staff approachable. Engine driver very accommodating. Folk at Amamoor put themselves out. Only negative is Cafe inability to cope with volume.took ages for lunch and coffee to arrive (in excess of an hour)

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
