Basically, the lead was really good. I had already commented / rated. At the coffee tasting, "the guy" (sorry, forgot name ...) was personable and cool - but I didn't like the coffee. Actually none of the samples! He was thin and lukewarm, which is not surprising. He was poured and stood. Skimmed and stood. Poured spoon by spoon into a cup and only then tasted. Brrrr! My coffee has to be hot, but that's probably also a matter of taste. Conclusion: It was interesting and informative.

The best comes last. The coffee tasting with Germany's vice roasting master was short and sweet, but excellent. Perhaps dispensable for the coffee professional, a must for the advanced beginner. Here a passionate coffee connoisseur / barista / roaster talks about his love. There is no "dissing" here, but rather being taken by the hand ;-) Also on the Speicherstadt tour you can see fine corners that I (as a hamburger) did not know yet. Recommended Café Burg in the Genusskontor ... mmmmh!
