The tour covered the major sights, and one was always given time on site. Also the guide was understandable and happy to answer any upcoming question! The lunch was a shared menu with the other tour participants and in quality and quantity ok (considering also the reasonable price of the whole tour incl. this lunch and all entry-fees! In my case I even paid half price due to a sale!). So, if you want to see the major sights of Hanoi without overload and/or stress, I can clearly recommend this tour!

It took about 8 hours, from pick-up up (around 08.30) and drive us back to the hotel (around 16.45-17.00). Small, confortable bus, AC, 8 turists in total. You have time to visit relevant places in Hanoi (Literature Temple, for us the most intresting place, another temple located on the bridge that splits the big lake into 2, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Ethnological Museum, the former Prison and an Art Workshop). We had a fine lunch, water at discretion. The Guide was great, shared many aspects, many stories, and he had good humor and was very polite.

Guide explained everything about the city and about the Viet culture including a lot of random unrelated wuestion that came from my tour colleagues. The next day even though we wanted to visit any other landmarks by ourselves ..we realised that the tour covered everything important so there were no other objectives left for us to visit which we haven't already seen. The puppet show was a nice finish to the tour and I have considered it some sort of conclusion for all you witnessed and learned during the tour.
