Departing Cape Town, we head towards Cape Agulhas, the true Southern Tip of Africa and its famous lighthouse. En-route visit Betty’s Bay where an African penguin colony calls this home. On to Hermanus which is known as the best land-based whale watching destination in the World and where the majestic Southern right whales calve their young in the Bay. We meander to Cape Agulhas with views over the Indian and Atlantic Oceans and tonight you will overnight at a 4-Star Guest House Leaving the Southern Tip of Africa, you make your way to the magnificent Garden Route Game Lodge. This 4-Star facility offers a unique Safari experience. Check into our chalets with time to spare to enjoy the attractions and views it has to offer. In the afternoon, hop aboard an open-aired Safari vehicle, where a local guide will take you on a 1.5-hour game drive. Spot elephants, rhinos, lions, hippos, herds of antelope, and much, much more. A 3-course dinner is on the menu for the evening. Spend the night at the Garden Route Game Lodge A morning game drive awaits you bright and early, spotting some of the animals you perhaps did not see the day before. After a scrumptious breakfast, make your way back to Cape Town via the incredibly scenic Route 62 through mountain passes and characterful towns. Wine tasting and exploring are on the menu before arrival at your place of accommodation around 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Come and Discover the true tip of the African continent and where the Atlantic and the Indian ocean meets. The tour will go easterly from Cape town via the scenic Whale coast route where the rugged Cape folded belt mountains rubs shoulders with the Atlantic ocean in the false bay. After a few photo stops on this majestic whale coast route, the tour will stop at Stoney point penguin colony. Here you will discover the African penguins from close range. From Stoney point, the tour will proceed towards the Hemel n Arde wine region. In this region is where South Africa has some of her best cool climate wines as this region is on a higher altitude and also receiving the sea breeze from the nearby Atlantic ocean. Here you will have a chance to taste South Africa's award winning Pino noir and Chardonnay. After the wine tasting experience, the tour will continue towards Hermanus. A quaint coastal town which is also South Africa's whale watching capital city. Whales can be spotted here from the whale trail along the shores between the months of June and November every year. Hermanus is also known to be one of of South Africa's gastronomy towns and you will be able to have lunch here before the tour continues South east towards Elim. Elim is a quiet and neat town that was established in 1824 by German missionaries as a Moravian station near Cape town. Despite extensive modernization in most small towns near Elim, very little has changes in Elim ever since it was established. Clustered whitewashed cottages with thatched roofs runs parallel the quiet streets of this beautiful town that has close to zero percent crime rate. While you are still here, you will be taken for a walk by your guide and visit different historic buildings to learn a lot more about Elim's history as well as the recent developments. From Elim the tour will traverse extremely south to Struis baai. Struis baai is the most southern town in Africa and it is here that the Cape Agulhas is situated. Cape Agulhas lies in the Agulhas national park. Consisting of a large part of South Africa's wetland reserves, The wetlands attracts over 20 thousand different bird species annually. The Agulhas national park is also a part of the Cape floral Kingdom which is the world's richest flora kingdom. The Cape Agulhas lighthouse is the second oldest lighthouse in South Africa and a steep staircase takes one to the summit of the lighthouse for beautiful views of the town and the national park. After exploring the Agulhas, the tour will head North West towards the towns of Bredasdorp, Napier, Caledon, and Grabow before it ends in Cape town to complete an eventful tour to the Southern Most corner of Africa.

You will be picked up from your hotel. As we will have a 2 hour long drive, we will pass some of Cape Town's Most Nutorious Townships. Driving Northeast out of the City on the National 2 road, we will pass the first township Langa. Langa is a 'Xhosa' word, meaning Sun. This is the oldest township in Cape Town. Each township in Cape Town has minimum 2 Primary Schools, 2 High Schools, 1 Police Station and 1 Piblic clinic. That is all there is accomodate the Community. Langa also has its own local economy, and has seen it grown from strength to strength over the years. Next we will pass the Cape Town International Airport. This is Africas most award winning Airport. Then we wi pass 'Khayelitsha '. In Xhosa it means ' our new home'. This is the biggest Township in Cape Town with approximately 500 thousand inhabitants. Most of these residents work in Town, and take public transport on a daily basis. Some of them also work in Stellenbosch, as this is closer to home. Next we will pass the Cape Town Film Studio. The film industry grew rapidly in Cape Town during the Lockdown. This is where the Pirate Caribbean and Black Snails were shooted. Then we will pass the wine region, namely Stellenbosch. There is over 300 wine farms in this region. Wine is also one of the biggest things we export to the world from the Table Bay Harbour. Then we will Pass Somerset West. A small town out of the city with approximately 60 000 onhabitants. This small town is known for the Bomb Factory. Next we will Pass Sir Louwry's Pass. This is one of the most beautifull Passes in the Western Province. As we drive through the pass, we will pass the Steenbras Dam. This is one of 6 Dams supplying water to the Western Province. Last we will turn off for Hermanus, where we will go to the Harbour to do the Whale watching
