The continental breakfast consists of freshly made muffins, quiches, yogurt, cereals, toast and cold meats, tea, and coffee. The skippers log more contact with great white sharks than anyone else worldwide. Spend 2 to 4 hours at sea, depending on how often the sharks visit the boat. Be sure to ask as many questions as you wish. Hop into the cage, which takes 6 people at a time. Each person spends about 20 minutes in the cage. All scuba equipment, including 7 mm wetsuits, is provided – you don’t need a scuba license to cage dive. This is a must do activity when in Cape Town. The skippers and marine biologists on board are fabulous! We were a huge group as the trips had been canceled for a few days due to a storm but none the less everyone got a chance in the cage for a good amount of time and saw sharks closer than ever. Visa it isn’t the best under water but the sharks do come quiet close to the cage so you will see them. Loads of good videos and pics can be take. On board as well. The drive from Cape Town CBD is very long, about 2 -2 1/2 hours but the car is comfortable, has AC and Wi-Fi. While going we stopped for 10 mins at a coffee shop. Make sure you stop at the suveniour Shop right on the beach we’re you will board the board. She has amazing stuff compared to the shop at the shark center.

This is a well organised day out, the people are very friendly and helpful, . The guide really knows her stuff and her love of the sharks is infectious. The boat was clean, and as you would expect set up well for the the guests.. The cage diving itself was amazing, we saw up to 7 sharks at any one time, and they were there for to whole dive time. And most important, it felt completely safe. A real wildlife experience/close encounter not to be missed, and all done in a way that teaches us that all marine life needs our help.

The trip was interesting, everything was well organized. First, a small breakfast, briefing. Then a trip to the sharks, which lasted about 4 hours. There are a lot of impressions. After - a small dinner in the form of soup. A film was made about our group. It was also possible to get a certificate (it is in the description), but they never sent me, although I contacted the post office 2 times with this question.

Great experience and great team! I would definitely do again and recommend.

Really great experience! Can you always recommend!
