This experience is not to be missed if you are a nature lover. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We observed 3 whales for quite a long period . One even swam under our boat a couple of times which was amazing. I would recommend wearing very warm clothes though mainly for the trip out and back to the viewing area.

It was a very cool and impressive day in Hervey Bay. As promised, we saw whales up close. Unfortunately only above the water. If you want even better whale watching, you should book an underwater bottom boat. The tour was accompanied by a guide in a very interesting way. You should definitely bring warm clothes with you on the tour. You drive relatively far out to sea and it is relatively windy during the drive. Value for money is right for me.

Wonderful experience.. I gained a whole new perspective on Whales and their environment and what I can do to continue their growing numbers… What I can’t believe is that some countries still choose to capture these beautiful creatures for so called scientific reasons.. I did feel like I was invading their privacy though Also… Try to smile with the girl on the reception desk who’s checking people in.. She didn’t seem to enjoy her work or interacting with anyone.. Not a positive start to the tour..
