    Enjoy a visit to one of Hiroshima's premium sake breweries: Kamotsuru sake brewery. Learn more about the traditional Japanese rice wine, the sake making process, and taste 3 different sakes. Come for lunch att 11.30 AM to try out the brewery original recipe for a tasty sake hotpot.  Visit the brewery anytime during their opening hour but please make sure to come for lunch at 11:30 AM. You will  be served a simple dish, yet their original secret recipe for Sake Hotpot. This hotpot recipe was created by the office manager to nourish the brewers working in the sake brewery. Before or after the lunch, you can visit the sake brewery and taste special sake. Learn the process of sake making and enjoy tasting 3 different types. You can also buy limited edition sake at the brewery shop that are only sold here.
