Got off to a rocky start due to a miss communication on pick up. company was very apologetic and did resolve the issue. they also went out of their way to redeem themselves. I would recommend using them. They communicate easily and consistently and work with you to make your experience better. we booked 2 vans since there were 14 of us. They did better than 2 vans and sent us a tour bus so we could all be together and accommodate a lot of luggage.

On time waiting with a sign with our name right outside baggage claim which was packed with people. Nice van and great to have a local driver with the crazy traffic in Ho Chi Minh City. So good booked the return to the airport with them from district 1. Fantastic

I booked the service in the morning of our noon departure, so it was last minute. All I have is the email receipt from GetYourGuide. When we arrived, Hoi An Express already had someone greet us and walk us to the van. The greeter took a picture of the email receipt, and that was it. The execution was prompt and flawless!
