What people are saying about Hofburg Palace

Overall rating

4.4 / 5

based on 3,184 reviews

Overall very informative. Exactly what we signed. To get great facts on Vienna the city as well as inside the palace. Which we did. The guide was excellent, but his voice is drawing and makes people sleepy as we did before we reached the palace and after on the way back. He was informative nevertheless.

The combination tickets were very handy, you don’t need to visit both in the same day which is good because for the kunsthistorisches you will need at 2 hours to see everything. For the second one is relatively small so one hour maximum to see everything.

Heart of Vienna and royal Austria. Wonderful and must see. Ute was a great guide, and she quickly adapted to our family, and our 5yo daughter, making this tour so memorable for her. Thank you Ute

Uncomplicated collection and use of the pass, very friendly and helpful staff.

Very informative, a lot of interesting stories. Great time
