I have only two observations. When making my reservation I had a start time of 6:30 am (it also came in my confirmation) and it turned out that they did not notify me that it changed at 7:00 am. I bought the tour in Spanish and they put me in the English group without asking. Fortunately the guide was super friendly and excellent in his work, he was always on the lookout and is very nice and professional, I highly recommend Danny and the tour is very complete.
This was a great tour! It’s a lot to see in one day so I’m glad we didn’t have to drive it ourselves. The Navajo guide in antelope canyon even helps you take amazing pictures! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area. The only thing I kinda wish she could have done was guide us at the actual stops. They bring you to the stop and then you tour it on your own.
Sooooooo.... bc of the timing of our trip and COVID we couldn’t do a land tour of canyon x, antelopes canyon, so the company found us a sunset tour of the Grand Canyon that was from east entrance to south rim. Our guide was Sheldon was amazing! The van was very comfortable, and he brought us to great views we never would have found on our own. Loved it!!!
Irene and Danny from Empire vacation were excellent. Tour guide Jerry was very professional as well
The whole experience was really cool, the canyons are amazing
