2. Barcelona: Sant Pau Recinte Modernista Entry Ticket

Discover a masterpiece of Art Nouveau architecture with an entrance ticket to the world’s largest Art Nouveau site at the Sant Pau Recinte Modernista. Built between 1905 and 1930 from a design by the Modernista architect, Lluís Domènech i Montaner, the Sant Pau Recinte complex was initially intended as a garden city to nurse the sick. It was used as a public hospital for a century, and has now been refurbished to its former splendor. By the late 19th century, the old Hospital de la Santa Creu in Barcelona's El Raval neighborhood needed to be relocated as it had become too small. The result was an ambitious project inspired by breakthroughs in health and hygiene. The institution has always been associated with charitable work, welfare, and the latest advances in healthcare. Marvel at the Modernista motifs of the renovated pavilions, and discover how the former hospital complex has become a knowledge campus for international organizations, such as the European Forest Institute, Casa Àsia, the Global University Network for Innovation, and the United Nations University Institute on Globalization, Culture, and Mobility. Every city break I go on i make sure to explore the city on a hop on hop off bus because it's the best was of finding out interesting facts and see all the hidden gems of the city. I'm so glad I booked a 48 hours ticket as there were 2 different routes to explore. I had plenty of time to visit attractions at most stops during the 2 days of using hop on hop off. Definitely recommended.

The hop off / hop on bus around Barcelona is a perfect way to see lots of sites, and stop at ones you want to spend more time on.

It has been a wonderful experience. We have loved enjoying Barcelona on one of your buses. The two lines provide beautiful views

Great way to learn a new city. Hop on off is very convenient. Audio commentary is pretty good as well. Highly recommend.

Two really good routes, and regular buses. A very convenient way to get to see Barcelona
