Simply recommended. We were picked up at the hotel on time. The facility is new and clean. The staff extremely friendly. There was a pleasant atmosphere. After changing we went to the sauna, then to a salt grotto, then to a whirlpool (unfortunately it was pretty cold and the water didn't smell that good), then to the steam bath and then there was a really great and good hammam treatment. Then a great massage afterwards. A cup of tea was served as a farewell and then we were driven back. Really great!! Considering the price would have been double if booked through the hotel! And there was no sales show or anything else obtrusive. Clear recommendation.

Had excellent experience, went with family. Whole experience ran smoothly from pick up from our hotel by cheerful driver Mehmood, then greeted by receptionist put our valuables in safe and changed into swimsuits. Then had scrub, foam massage then coconut scrub and clay mask on warm slabs. Then after shower had a drink and some time in jacuzzi and relaxing massage by really lovely therapist. Would highly recommend it.

It is true that arriving in a mall can be confusing, but the place is wonderful. We were greeted and taken care of very quickly by lovely staff. It was then quite difficult to understand the order of things because no explanations are given, but we finally followed the program to the letter and it was great! We start with the Sauna, then the Hammam, followed by the exfoliation with a glove, the foam session, the exfoliation with coconut + face mask to finish with 5 minutes of jacuzzi then 45 minutes of massage. Nothing to complain about, the employees are gentle and the massage can be gentle as hard. In addition, you can enjoy tea or water throughout this experience. We highly recommend!
