Excellent communication. Collected at time stated. Buggy ride good but no more than 25 mins. Camel ride was around 10m, just a photo opportunity. Having said this the quad bikes were absolutely fantastic, around 50 mins, so much fun. Will definitely do the quad biking again. Some great photos which were great to get from the buggy ride. Great experience! You can go for longer trips but we have 3 young children so this was a good length of time for us. Make sure someone in your party can steer a heavy quad one handed if you have a small child that needs holding on to, eg a 2 year old. Its 2 people per quad so our 5 year old went on with a guide but he was more than happy to, the guides are really friendly, they keep checking everyone is ok and wait for you to catch up. Take extra money for goggles to keep the sand out of your eyes as you have to hire them, we didnt realise they weren't included in the price, and you do have to return them. Also the CD we bought with the photos is not working on return to the UK which is a big shame because the guides get the best photos and it cost us 40 euros. Short camel ride included just for photo opportunities really but good fun if you've never been on a camel. Really good fun.

The pick up and drop off was a little hap hazard but we booked late and they squeezed us in but the rest of the trip was amazing. My 7 year old was cared for the entire time, they took us on the family friendly route and my daughter loved it. Going down a massive slope in a dune buggy will be something we both remember for a very long time. The guide, Ali, was incredibly caring with my daughter and as a parent that’s all you want. After a minute I felt comfortable and safe in the dune buggy but on the quad I personally didn’t feel safe, Ali took my daughter to his quad and he made her feel safe and happy whilst I was very nervous. Ali also went out of his way to make it amazing for my daughter, thank you!. Through the trip we both felt safe and comfortable (except me on a quad but even then Ali helped me gain confidence with it). Only did it yesterday but already recommended it! I would do it again so long as I could stick to the dune buggy! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!.
