From Omiš: 3-Day Croatian Islands Private Sailing Tour

5. From Omiš: 3-Day Croatian Islands Private Sailing Tour

Yor tour will start from Omiš, a town famous for its glorious pirate history. A reminder of the times when pirates used to control Omiš stands proudly over the town – the fortress of Mirabela. After embarking, you will head to the island of Hvar at 9 am. The sunniest island in Croatia is the most popular island in Croatia and worldwide. The island of Hvar offers everything you can possibly imagine on holiday. It is covered in pine forests, vineyards, olive groves, and lavender fields. Agriculture is a strong branch of the local economy, but tourism has taken first place. A walking tour of the town of Hvar is a must. In the town of Hvar, you can find many popular nightclubs, galleries, museums expositions, and events planned months before. In the summer Hvar is visited by many celebrities from all around the world. After Hvar, off to see a must see in Croatia, Pakleni islands. They are located just opposite Hvar. Here you can find untouchable nature, blue sky, and blue sea. This part of Croatia is really like heaven on earth. Unexplored and everything is like a national park on the highest level. After spending the night in Palmižana, a small settlement on Pakleni islands near island Hvar, the sails are set to the island of Šolta and the village of Stomorska. While in Palmižana, a warm suggestion is you visit Palmižana Botanical Garden. Village Stomorska is located in the north-eastern part of the island of Šolta. This small village is popular because of its picturesque waterfront, stunning beaches, and fishermen selling their catch in the early morning. The beaches are everywhere along the bay, so anyone can find their perfect place in the sun. Here you will spend your day before heading to the island of Brač and spend the night in the village of Bobovišće. Bobovišća harbor is located in a beautiful cove and it has always been attractive to navigation experts. You can choose and enjoy the bay and local cafes or you can join an optional tour of Pustinja Black Monastery (The Black Hermitage). The Monastery is very interesting and well worth a visit. Pustinja Black is a fantastic place to visit, so peaceful and tranquil. Get to know how hermit priests and villagers lived centuries ago. Next on the schedule is swimming in Stipanska beach or Lovrečina bay, both known for their large sandy beaches. Lovrečina bay is a good beach for kids, spacious enough. There is also a meadow above the beach where you can stay if you don’t like the jam on the beach. After a full day of activities and good memories, it will be time for the journey back to Omiš and your disembarkment. This tour is a great idea for nature lovers that wish to escape the city and take the perfect holiday to remember. See you!

What people are saying about Hvar Port

Nicely organized trip! Saw both green and blue caves (our guide was organized and planned out the perfect time to get there with minimal line ups!) Got to swim in Stiniva Bay and another bay in Pakleni, cruise around the yachts in Palmiziana, stop in Koniza for lunch and browsing shops. They even had goggles on board which came in handy when wanting to see the beautiful fish while we swam.

Both the guide and the skipper were absolutely amazing! Really lively and great energy. Lovely experience, loads of swimming and learning. The blue cave was beautiful and so were all the other places we stopped at.

I went with a group of friends and would definitely recommend. You need cash for the boat to the blue cave and there isn't any an ATM on the island so be prepared for this.

Great tour. Claudia was an amazing guide. Just wished we had more time in Stinivia beach.

Our guide was very organised and brought us to some amazing locations.
