My tour from Inverness to Loch ness cruise and Urquhart castle was a truly magical experience. From the breathtaking scenery to the rich history and culture, it was an unforgettable trip that I will cherish for the years to come.I would highly recommend Jacobite for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience in Scotland.

Excellent tour, highly recommended! On the winter schedule the cruise is extended to an hour long, covering the Caledonian canal as well as Loch Ness. There was very good commentary on the boat and spectacular views from the upper level. The castle was amazing and I would have liked even more time here - an hour wasn’t enough to see the castle and fully explore the visitor centre (where there is a short film and a collection of artefacts). Our guide Richard was well spoken and gave an interesting commentary with an authentic local perspective. He gave us some extra time on the way back, taking us along a scenic route past some highland cows, the village of Beauly and the Beauly and Moray firths. Exceptional tour that I would highly recommend!

Information sent by the app (meeting point etc) very good. Multi storey parking right next to the bus station was perfect. Short journey from there to the boat too. Glad we chose the option to get off the boat to look around the castle, but could have done with more than an hour there really. Info provided both on the bus and boat about local area / history although some was repeated on both.
