Tour provider was not able to offer hotel pickup claiming heavy traffic in Istanbul. This is fair enough and understandable but surely that should result in a partial refund of the price paid, however that possibility was not mentioned at all. The tour itself was wonderful, particularly after the disappointment we had in the Vatican the week before. The guide Baris was top notch: dynamic, good delivery and capable of delivering extraordinary historical anecdotes. He timed his interventions well and did not overwhelm us with commentary. I just wish there was a small break after the first visit (Ayasofia) just so could people have a quick bite and drink. Otherwise, this was one of the best tours we have ever done as a family.

Great guide,good explanation,clear english,slowly speaking and it was very easy to follow. Sadly we did not see the Blue Mosque as it is closed (this information was shared after booking via Get your guide provided,but was explained 2 days before a tour). We started exactly on time,so no delays. Good experience,nice guide.

This tour was easily booked through the get your guide website. We were met by our guide without having to look for them. The meeting point was clearly indicated with booking confirmation. Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided us with insight about the buildings not available in guide books. Highly recommend the tour.
