Full description

Your 6-hour tour begins in the morning with a short drive from your hotel to the the ancient Byzantine Hippodrome, where your guide will show you the Egyptian Obelisk, Serpentine Column, and Fountain of Wilhelm II. Afterwards you’ll visit the Blue Mosque, known for its 6 elegant minarets and blue Iznik tiles. See the Saint Sophia Museum, built as a church during the reign of Emperor Theodosius and destroyed in the fire of Nika Revolt in 532 A.D. After a lunch break at a local restaurant (included in the tour price), you’ll visit the Topkapi Palace, the residence and administrative center of the Ottoman sultans. You’ll also have the chance to shop for some Turkish handicrafts before the transfer back to your hotel.

On the papers it was 8.30 to 9 am to be at the meeting point ... was there shortly before 9 ... A nice MA from Fez tel. to reach sb continuously for 30 minutes. At some point the Guide Noor called back and made me a pig. . I would have been there too late ... she had the instruction at 8.30 ... I said and wanted to show the time on paper afterwards ... she didn't care ... she was already in the Topkapi Palace with the others I should get there ... the nice MA took me there Noor came out after 15 minutes and got me in ... she is very inexperienced ... often forgot the guests ... left them behind ... someone else had to go looking for it ... it stayed there without initiative until a guest started searching himself ... makes idiotic comments eg you can see who is Muslim or not. ..no I can not recommend anyone as a guide ... not bad from the knowledge .. absolutely no contact with the guests ... often hung on the phone like a teenager ...
