Choose between the War Remnants Museum to learn more about the American War in Vietnam, or the Reunification Palace. Also known as the Independence Palace, the latter site is a landmark of Saigon history and architecture, which once served as the home and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. Finally, end your tour at the Jade Emperor Pagoda. See the local worshippers in prayer for their careers, love, and fertility. They say you will have the trip of your life. We did. Exploring Viet Nam on the back of scooters was the best way to go. In half a day, we got to see sites (from the Burning Munk Monument to the City's skyline) that would have taken us a solid day to see. We met locals and felt like locals. The guide, Alina, was very knowledgeable, friendly and energetic. The two drivers, Tu and Quan, were so accommodating ----AND very safe drivers. Thank you for making this one of the highlights of our trip. We recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Viet Nam. Chris and David
