A must for every horse lover. An ideal program available in the most popular European languages, tour of the stables and training performance. Great music, wonderful animals, even moderately interested children somehow managed, although the guided tours around the stables and the breeding planning facilities were beyond their patience :)

Nice that these horses still exist.

If you come there to see dressage demonstrations, you are in the wrong place. There are a few, but the preservation of this noble breed comes first. Wonderful animals are shown which form the basis of today's PRE's. We now own 10 PRE's and are very proud of them because they also have a noble character, but I have to admit that a pure Cartujano is still something special. Just the idea that the cornerstone of a wonderful horse breed was laid there at the end of the 15th century is moving.

Fantastic

This was the highlight of my weeks holiday. I expected to love it as I adore horses but even my husband agreed it was our best day out. The place is a little way out but I would tell everyone not to be put off by this. We went in a taxi and they phoned one for us at the end of the show. It lasts 2 hours and is just fabulous,all of it,with hands on horses to the show itself. The staff were lovely and the English guide,Viv was excellent. The only sad thing is I will probably never go again but I will never forget that day and the beautiful horses.
