Fantastic day that we would really recommend. The scenery is stunning and the day varied. We started out exploring the wider lake in a longtail boat. After mooring, we took at short hike on a path through Jungle. We had suitable footwear but some others arriving in flip flops were able to borrow something more appropriate. The hike was a little bit up and down plus quite slippy in parts due to heavy rain earlier - it was no problem for our 18 year old but a little bit more challenging for the over 50s! We saw monkeys and heard gibbons. We walked to pick up a bamboo raft to go to some caves which had lots of rock formations, stalactites and stalagmites. We returned by raft and a hike to the longtail boat and then went on to a floating restaurant for lunch. The lunch was a banquet to share and was tasty. Vegetarian options were provided. After lunch we were able to kayak on the lake or swim in the restaurant's pool. The location was stunning and tranquil.

Absolutely recommendable!! Our guide Ken took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. We didn't walk the direct route, but rather on narrow paths right in the jungle over small streams, hill and dale. There was a great view and a soft drink halfway through the route. Afterwards a very, very delicious lunch was served great and lovingly in bamboo bowls. Then it was off to the river. Very impressive with the high mountains all around. Best of all was the tea/coffee break during the riverside ride! If you could give 6 stars, this tour deserves it!

A really nice tour with two great guides, who are very knowledgeable and also very happy to respond to the wishes of the customers. The tour through the Khao Sok was really very nice and not too strenuous. In case of rain, the guides had a poncho for everyone. The lunch that followed was very good and was surpassed by the subsequent canoe trip, during which the beautiful landscape can be explored from a different perspective. When the weather is nice, you can also see one or the other animal in the wild.

What a fabulous tour. It was perfect with a hotel pick-up and personal service all the way. The trip is as described and highlights were hiking through the rainforest, swimming in the river by the waterfall, a lovely lunch and being paddled downstream in the canoe, stopping to drink tea from water boiled in bamboo canes. Our guide was excellent and helped us to find a wealth of wildlife and fauna.

The excursion was great. The guide called Jungle Joe is highly recommended!
