Interesting and insightful tour to the history of Lindt and chocolate, not so much about the actual factory process so keep that in mind. Just a note that my GYG ticket said to meet at the meeting point by the lockers (there is one there) but in fact the meeting point was by the ticket desk - maybe best to ask when you get there.

The tour was amazing made all the better by our lovely guide who was patient & extremely polite & knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone even if they are not chocolate fans. So informative & interesting. Thank you to our guide & to Lindt for an amazing experience

Chocolate tasty was definitely the highlight. The listening device should've had headphones, as it was uncomfortable carrying and holding it to the ear. Tour was ok but would've been better if it was interactive and actually guided by a guide rather than check points you visit yourself.
