Düsseldorf: Scavenger Hunt Through the City

1. Düsseldorf: Scavenger Hunt Through the City

Your city game box contains 11 sealed and numbered envelopes, each holding riddles that need to be solved. Following clear and precise directions, you will be taken on a walk through Düsseldorfs modern but historic city center, as you solve the riddles to find your way to the various sights. It’s up to you when you start your scavenger hunt through Düsseldorf, as well as how long you wish to stay at each location. You can take a break from your city game at any time or even continue your scavenger hunt on another day, just as you like. The scavenger hunt through Düsseldorf begins at the main train station, then leads through the Japanese Quarter to the Kö-Bogen and Königsallee. It continues in the old town with its town hall and its many restaurants and breweries. You can also discover the Rhine promenade and the Medienhafen. There is no need to make an appointment for your scavenger hunt game. Simply book the game box and have it sent to you (the shipping costs are already included in the price), or notify your guides to pick it up during opening times.

Düsseldorf: E-Scooter City Tour

2. Düsseldorf: E-Scooter City Tour

Meet directly at the Rhine Tower, the highest building in the city. With a view of the state parliament and the spectacular Rheinkniebrücke bridge, you'll shortly learn how to drive and have fun on a secure e-scooter Scuddy. Begin by cruising along the Rhine to the Media Harbor, passing several funky Gehry buildings. Leave the yachts behind in the marina and continue on down the Rhine promenade towards the old town. Arrive at the spacious Burgplatz and check out the Schlossturm castle tower. Stay close to the Rhine to reach the Oberkasseler Bridge and the time-honored St. Lambertus Church with its leaning basilica tower. Then cruise past the imposing dome of the Tonhalle before reaching the legendary Fortuna Büdchen, a large drinking hall associated with the Düsseldorf football club. Continue on past important museums as well as the Dreischeibenhaus, an impressive piece of contemporary architecture from the 1960s. Experience the hustle and bustle of Königsallee, which features the best shopping in town. Choose the 2-hour tour for an even more thorough exploration of the city, including the left side of the Rhine. Discover the elegant Oberkassel, a district featuring buildings from the "Gründerzeit" and the Art Nouveau period. See additional sights like the K20, Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen, an art collection housed behind a distinctive black granite façade. Roll by the Kom(m)ödchen, the cabaret stage, and head towards Carlplatz, where a bustling market can be found Mondays through Saturdays. At the end of your tour, you'll return at a relaxed pace back to the starting point.

The scavenger hunt through the city of Düsseldorf has us all 6 people. liked it very much. Good detailed information about the respective regions and districts. Very nicely worked out. Tip: You should always have read everything from the cards, otherwise you run more than necessary. But we found everything, albeit sometimes on a second attempt. There is still the NAVI on the cell phone. We can only warmly recommend it for those who like to have a few hours of fun with free time management

We did the scavenger hunt as two families with 11 and 13 year old children. So the children got to know Düsseldorf enthusiastically, were never bored and we had a great city tour to all the places worth seeing and were able to set the pace ourselves. Definitely to be recommended! We will order the scavenger hunt again if we want to explore another city.

The scavenger hunt was great. We saw so much of Düsseldorf that we would not have found without this game. There was also a lot of information about the history of the city. We also recommend with good impressions :)

The tour with Dieter was a lot of fun :) We did it right at the beginning of our trip to Düsseldorf, so we were able to implement the insider tips from our guide over the next few days :) Highly recommended!

The trip with Dieter was a lot of fun. The Scuddy is easy to use and a lot of fun. Dieter does the tour very well. Just the right amount of city tour and the joy of driving a scuddy.
