- You can be picked up from all major areas and hotels on Koh Samui. Your guide will be waiting for you at your chosen pickup location wearing a TripGuru shirt and/or holding a TripGuru sign. The driver will contact you the evening before your activity to confirm the pickup time. Please be ready at your meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The tour guide can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes before starting the tour. If you are heading to the meeting point from another location, be aware that there can be a lot of traffic in the mornings and travel times can vary greatly compared to those listed on navigation apps (e.g. Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Please allow enough time to reach the destination.
