Very well organised tour and great communication leading up to it. We were travelling to Krakow the same morning as the tour and they arranged to pick us up as near to the station as possible which was helpful. The bus was modern with A/C which was needed in the 35'C heat we had that day! Guides were all very knowledgeable and there was a good balance of seeing the sites with short breaks in between. Didn't feel rushed at any point and plenty of photo opportunities. It's a long day, but definitely worthwhile!

The pickup was not at the place where we were staying, but close by, the drop-off was already further away, so the pick-up/drop-off during our stay is not entirely true. But in general everything went well, they met the schedule, we went to the two locations with tours and paid tickets in two tours that are extremely worthwhile. The lunchboxes paid for separately were also nothing special, bringing food or having these lunchboxes is almost essential because there is very little time to have a meal.

The driver, Anna, was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. Thank you! At Salt mines Dominik was lovely and gave good explanations. The auchiwits tour guide Edyta was also good, but the whole tour felt a bit rushed and our group of 16 was combined with another 10 or so people which made the group too big. When Edyta spoke of the pictures or the artifacts on display, half the group couldn't see until she was talking about the next thing. Also we developed kind of respect for each other within our group and the other groups personally annoyed me, and kept pushing. Also the restaurant staff at authwitz was incredibly rude! We got the lunch option with the tour and then bought a coffe and we were approached by a member of staff asking us to stop eating our food (doughnuts and grapes) or leave. Very rude of that woman...
