A day in advance we were informed what time we would be picked up. We were also offered the opportunity to buy a lunch bag for a small amount. We were picked up right on time at our apartment. The driver was an experienced drivers. At Auschwitz it took a while before we were inside, but that is due to the strict Corona controls. We didn't mind that. It was an impressive tour of both camps. Afterwards we were neatly brought back to our apartment. All in all a very successful excursion.

Everything went perfectly. We were contacted a day before with the exact hour of departure & were very happy to hear that we could sleep a bit longer :) Driver (ours was Michal Krupa) was perfectly on time & respected all Corona measures. Drive was very comfortable & Michal explained us the agenda of the day. Tour itself was very impressing & well organised. We could leave our drinks & food in the car which was also a nice gesture. After the short drive from Auschwitz to Birkenau, Michal was so kind to drop us off at a stop which made the walking distance as short as possible (we were there with our grandmother of 81yrs old). Drive back went smooth & dropped us back off at the apartment, but we could have picked any drop-off. So very smooth, well organised & great trip!

Great tour guide but,,,

The young chap who picked us up was obviously in a tearing hurry to collect the other clients and drove far too fast on small streets around krakow,, scared the living daylights out of all of us, only when we left the city did he slow down and that was because of heavy traffic,,, nice young fella but drove the van far too fast.
