The trip was very well organised, the driver Julek picked us up from the hotel at exact time that was scheduled, he was very friendly and very attentive to make sure our journey was enjoyable. The trip was amazing experience overall, with great landscapes, stunning views and most interesting way to see Pieninski National Park en Dunajec River. After the rafting the driver picked us up, and on the way back he recommended few other things to see and do in Kraków which was really helpfull. Overall really good experience, very much recommended if u look a bit of break time from the city.

Our day started off exactly on time with a delightful and engaging young man called Alex who spoke good English and who was very informative on our almost 2 hour journey, he was polite, attentive and helpful, not leaving us until we were safely on our raft. Meeting us at our destination with a sample of a Polish Ewes cheese for us to try, a lovely touch. Although our rafting experience was enjoyable and the scenery was lovely the experience could have been improved had we been able to understand the commentary and the information about the area. Whilst we accept that not everyone should be able to speak English it would have been better if dialogue could have been reduced with information being given in written form in whatever language suited each tourist, I feel it would have given everyone a more in-depth understanding of the area which could be kept as a reminder of the experience and a more peaceful and enjoyable raft ride.

We were very lucky to do this trip on a bright and sunny warm day in May. The driver was very kind and spoke English very well, we had a nice conversation about our travels on the way to the river which made the 2 hour trip go very fast. The guide on the raft didn`t speak any English, only Polish. But he was very cheerful and entertaining. The scenery was so beuatiful! We really enjoytd this tour, one of the best things we did during our trip to Poland,
