The trip was great! Got picked up from the hotel and Zakopane was lovely. Take the funicular to the top. Then we went to a traditional restaurant and then rafting. The rafting bit is very chilled so no rough waters and really shallow. The only thing is that the raft guide did not speak a word of English and it’s a 2,5 hrs trip, and we missed quite a lot of what he was explaining in regards to the history of the river and landscape. Lastly, our drive (who spoke good English) did not drop us off at the hotel so we had to walk 10 minutes from the radisson blue hotel where apparently he had another pick up.

Philip our guide was great and was with us every step of the way to help, advise and translate as and when required. There was just Annie and myself on the tour so we had the luxury of a limousine to ourselves and of course the services of Philip on a one to one basis. We had a really nice day, we learnt a lot from Philip about life in Poland, he was so knowledgeable, he is a credit to the tour group. I highly recommend this trip. Thank you Philip

Our guide Marek Etgins was an excellent tour guide. He was very informative although his job was mainly to drop us off and pick us up. He was very accommodating. He allowed use to change our tour day of the tour. We were suppose to go to Gubalovka but we request instead to go to Kasprawy Wiech which was a mush better option with breathe taking views. He took us to a great restaurant where they served traditional foods and he took the time to explain the foods and culture. One of our fellow passengers forgot their backpack at this restaurant. He took the time to drive all the way back 45min drive to get it. He spent a lot of time with us the tour was suppose to be 2-3 hour shorter but he allowed us the extra time for a better experience.
