The trip was well arranged, so the trip was relaxed. We had initially booked for 10:00 departure, but then we were approached by the local partner whether 13:30 was also ok, due to lack of a guide. We did not find this useful so we got a new tour through getyourguide at 11:30 and everything went very smoothly from then on. Nice to see both Auschwitz 1 and 2 in this way.

The guide we had was very nice and went out of his way to make sure we had a good tour and didn't go home with questions. The reason I don't rate a very good but a good one is only because he spoke a little unclear English every now and then. Overall I would definitely recommend this tour

We had originally booked at 10am, but received a text message the day before saying that this was not feasible and asking if we were going at 1pm, so we did. It was well organized and the guide spoke clearly, gave enough information, was open to questions, was very friendly.
