Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the place and has a lot of great insights so I'll give 9/10 to him. However, I wasn't expecting the waiting time to be about an hour. We arrived at 11:20 but the tour started at around 12:10. I hoped that the organizers could have been more clear from the beginning when the actual tour starts. It would've also been good if they have mandated the use of masks inside the van; a group that we are with were talking and eating inside the van (eating wasn't allowed inside btw!) for the whole duration of our trip to and from Auschwitz.
