We got driver Paul. A day in advance we received an email if we could come a little earlier. Everyone on time on arrival. He told all about Birkenau-Auswitz on the bus. What a nice guide. Super pleasant, nothing was too much for him. Always on time everywhere, clear stories in English. He told everything with passion. chapeu!!!!!

Thanks for the fantastic trip. We were a group of 4 people. We started 30 min earlier, (09.50)since everybody was there and that gave us more time to see Auschwitz and Birkenau, 2 hours at each place. That's a great time to see Auschwitz-Birkenau. The bus was comfortable and showed a video about Auschwitz. The trip takes about 1,5 hours and the guide is very helpful. I recommend you to use Pavel.

All in all we enjoyed it very much. Arrived by car themselves. The only annoying thing was that we couldn't start the tour ourselves because our printed ticket was not valid and we had to wait for the tour guide, 1.75 hours, because he had the valid tickets. This could not be seen in advance in the booking confirmation.
