Picked up and returned to our apartment. We were with 1 other couple in the minivan, so it was not long on the road to pick up all kinds of people. The journey time to the mine is approximately 20 minutes. In the mine you join a group. We were a group of 35 people. It went very fast. Sometimes the guide had already finished her story when you just arrived. You really walk between the groups, very busy.

A perfect tour. Daniel picked us at our doorstep and made the arrangements for entry to the mine. We joined an English speaking tour and were treated to a wonderful experience. We had visited a salt mine near Salzburg earlier, but this mine and the infrastructure for touring the mine is real world class. A must visit when in Krakow!

Essential! The visit is a great experience! It is spectacular and it is very well set. It's not pot no fer-la. The salt mines are Patrimoni de la Humanitat. It is low fins at 132 meters. The salts are incredible and the labyrinthine tunnels. It is immens i només it is a visit of 1% of the total, all i així is huge and the visit lasts 2h/2.30h. The trasllat driver, in John, super nice, punctual and professional. Essential!
