We were almost an hour late, but the taxi driver was neatly waiting for us with a name sign. During the drive to our hotel, the driver gave tips about the city and at the end he gave a city map with the best bus connections to the Old City. A very customer-friendly taxi driver!

Very good service from start to finish. We used a WhatsApp number that was very efficient. They replied almost instantly which was nice. Made communication easy and reliable. The transfer was quick and easy. There was no delays to the journey. The driver was very professional. He arrived on time and was very kind and courteous.

We had the same driver for both our pick up and return journey. He was polite and professional and very helpful on our arrival giving us really useful information about the trams, he gave us a city map and explained where everything was and had even prepared a folder for us to look through with information about local dishes to try.
