Driver was great. Do choose this option if you are arriving at odd times or with lots of luggage and/or pax and/or your destination is not close to main train station Glowny. Else the cheapest way to Glowny (main station) is the train SKA1. Departs every 30 min from airport train station, costs 17 pln per person and the ride lasts 20 minutes.

I used this for transport both from and to the airport. On arrival our driver was waiting with a sign with my name. Unfortunately he had been waiting for 40 minutes because passport control was so slow. The evening before our departure I was getting worried as we hadn't been notified of our pick up time so I emailed. Not long after we were notified of our pick up time. On departure day, our driver was waiting outside our hotel at the agreed time. Quick, easy and reasonable airport transfer.

We chose this method of transport to get from the airport to the hotel. We haven’t been to Krakow before so wanted someone who would be waiting for us. As soon as we exited the arrivals section the driver was waiting for us. Took us to a pick up point then went and got the vehicle. All worked out very smoothly.
