A guided bicycle tour is the best way to discover Berlin. Cycling is not only an easy way to get around the city but also brings you close to the action! Even visitors who already know Berlin well are amazed at the new perspectives they see on this tour. This tour usually runs on bike paths and safe, quiet roads. Start at the Kulturbrauerei in Prenzlauer Berg and cycle toward Volkspark Friedrichshain and Karl-Marx-Allee. In Friedrichshain, bike around Boxhagener Platz and the RAW Tempel. The ride gave us a different view of Berlin. We got to ride through streets with beautiful street art, the anti social areas and the offbeat places of Berlin. The guide was very informative and briefed us about the history of each place.

This guided tour was by far the best I have ever experienced. The weather was good, bikes were fine, but the guide, Vincent…. He is simply extraordinary! His wide knowledge and his ability to tell the “other” stories of the city spiced up with his personal commitment is something you should allow yourself to experience.

The bust tour was fine but you need more that 2 days if you want to spend a reasonable time at the sites because the bus only runs between 1000 and 1800. The music on the bus commentary translators is dire and needs to be changed. The Reichstag tour is a must and was the highlight of the visit to Berlin. We also enjoyed the Brandenburg Gate, Cathedral and Checkpoint Charlie. The city is huge and you need the public transport. We used trams and underground and all were easy to use. Plenty of places to eat and a large variety of international foods. We stayed at Hotel Abba Berlin which was reasonably central and was clean and comfortable. There is more to see in Berlin than is apparent from travel brochures.

Our timing was superb. Lovely weather to explore the city by bike. The differences between the neighborhoods are really nice to get to grips with during our first visit to Berlin.

Amazing! This trip was so cool - introduced new angles and new neighborhoods. Björn was the perfect guide, fluently English and sharing stories is his life in Berlin.

Our guide Jonathan led the group perfectly, gave great tips and kept the tour very entertaining! Great ... it was really worth it!
